3 baking potatoes, peeled & cut into large sticks
2 T. olive oil
1/2 tsp. Morton Lite Salt
1/2 tsp. fresh cracked black pepper
1 or 2 garlic cloves, sliced or roughly chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 F
Cover cookie sheet with aluminum foil
Rinse potato sticks and dry thoroughly with paper towels. Toss potatoes with olive oil and season on the cookie sheet. Spread fries in a single layer thropughout the sheet. Bake 45 minutes, until crisp-tender, turning occasionally throughout to evenly brown.
