3 large red potatoes (microwaved 1 1/2 minutes each)
1 bell pepper (any color but green)
1 onion peeled and cut in half


2 tbsp mayonnaise
cup fat free sour cream
cup Dijon mustard
2 garlic cloves crushed
1 tbsp honey
Black pepper and salt to taste


Directions:
Directions:
Slice the potatoes into 1/4 inch slices.
Cut pepper in half and remove seeds etc.
Toss potatoes, peppers and onions in olive oil till well coated and salt and pepper them.

Grill potatoes, peppers, and onion on medium heat till done (but not burned, have to watch em).

After grilling, cut everything into bite size pieces into a large bowl.

Mix the remaining ingredients together and toss with the potatoes.
