2 single serving cans of pineapple juice
2 tbsp honey
pinch of salt
2 thick cut tuna steaks

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pineapple juice, honey and salt in a small saucepan and cook until syrupy.

Heat grill to as hot as you can get it.

Oil the tuna steaks with olive oil and salt and pepper them.

Throw the steaks on the grill and begin glazing with the sauce.

Cook 2 1/2-3 minutes per side.

Fish should be medium to medium rare.

I never thought I liked tuna too much till I came up with this recipe. Very tasty!
