1 Single serving of pineapple juice
2 cloves of garlic (crushed or pressed)
1 tbsp fresh dill (or to taste)
1-2 tbsp of spicy mustard
1-2 tbsp of olive oil
2 tbsp brown sugar (or to taste)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and marinade a Salmon steak for about an hour. Grill until medium.

This is a fast way to have some good fish. Salmon sometimes is hard to navigate, but I have found that marinating it is good stuff.
