2 - 6 oz. jars marinated artichoke hearts 1 1/2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed 8 oz. pkg cream cheese, softened 2 1/2 T. butter 3/8 c. milk 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 lb. sliced mushrooms, sauteed in butter
Drain artichokes, arrange in bottom of buttered 9x9 pyrex dish. Cover with thawed, drained (squeezed) spinach. Cream butter and cream cheese. Gradually add milk. Mix with mushrooms & continue mixing until uniform. Spread over spinach. Top w/Parmesan cheese. Refrigerate for 24 hrs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 min
