- 1 box mochiko flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 1 can coconut milk
- 2 cups milk
- 1 block melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except coconut. Pour into al well greased 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Test center with a toothpick to see if its done (it should not be giggly). Let it cool completely before cutting and serving.
