- 5 lb. chicken thighs
- cup shoyu
- cup ketchup
- cup oyster sauce
- cup brown sugar
- cup guava juice concentrate
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix marinade ingredients together and soak chicken overnight, turning occasionally. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes, or cook on grill.
