Ingredients:  
2 cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder
7 tbsp shortening
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients and add shortening in with mixing spoon. Make a well in dry ingredients. Add buttermilk. Mix well and let develop. Squeeze off balls of batter and roll in flour. Place in lightly oiled skillet.
Bake 450 for 12-15 minutes
