Beat 2 Eggs
1 (30oz.) can Fruit Cocktail plus juice
2 C. Flour
1 1/2 C. sugar
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 C. Brown Sugar
1 Stick oleo or Margarine
1 C. Sugar
1/2 C. Milnot
1 tsp. vanilla
1 C. coconut

MIx all ingredients for cake well ( not icing ingredients ) sprinkle with the brown sugar across the top Bake @ 350 for 35 to 40 minutes.
About 5 minutes before cake is to be done, melt 1 stick oleo or margarine and add the rest of icing ingredients mixing well, Pour over hot cake. You can take a fork and stick the cake several times so icing will run through cake if you would like.
