Ingredients:  
1 lb chicken breasts
2 cloves garlic
14 oz Italian style stewed tomatoes
8 oz fresh mushrooms
4 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken in half the oil. Remove. Add rest of oil and brown mushrooms. Add garlic and cook one minute. Stir in tomatoes and juice. Return chicken to pan and cover and simmer until cooked through.
