2 plum tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp snipped fresh parsley
1 tbsp fresh oregano (or dried leaves)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
4 ounces feta cheese
tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except feta cheese. Gently add feta cheese. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
