3 c. cooked, cubed chicken
2 t. lemon juice
1 T. soy sauce
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 c. diced celery
1/2 lb. fresh bean sprouts
1 t. salt, dash pepper
1 c. mayo
1 can water chestnuts, drained, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all. Put in 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Top with Chinese noodles or sliced almonds. Bake 350 degrees 25 min. Serve hot or cold.
