1 1/2 LB. LEAN PORK SAUSAGE (SHAPE INTO LINKS) 2 C. FLOUR 3 TSP. SALT 1/2 C. SHORTENING 1 EGG 1/2 C. MILK
COMBINE FLOUR, BAKING POWDER AND SALT. CUT IN SHORTENING. BEAT EGG INTO MILK AND MIX WELL AND QUICKLY WITH FLOUR MIXTURE. ROLL OUT ON LIGHTLY FLOURED BOARD. CUT DOUGH INTO 2-3 INCH SQUARES. PLACE SAUSAGE ON AN ANGLE AND ROLL UP, FOLDING ENDS UNDER. BAKE AT 350º UNTIL BROWN. 30-35 MINUTES.
