1 1/2 LB. LEAN PORK SAUSAGE
(SHAPE INTO LINKS)
2 C. FLOUR
3 TSP. SALT
1/2 C. SHORTENING
1 EGG
1/2 C. MILK

Directions:
Directions:
COMBINE FLOUR, BAKING POWDER AND SALT. CUT IN SHORTENING. BEAT EGG INTO MILK AND MIX WELL AND QUICKLY WITH FLOUR MIXTURE. ROLL OUT ON LIGHTLY FLOURED BOARD. CUT DOUGH INTO 2-3 INCH SQUARES. PLACE SAUSAGE ON AN ANGLE AND ROLL UP, FOLDING ENDS UNDER. BAKE AT 350 UNTIL BROWN. 30-35 MINUTES.
