3/4 c. apricot-pineapple jam or apricot jam,
1/2 envelope onion soup mix,
1/2 c. Russian sald dressing,
1 tsp. dry mustard (or prepared mustard),
4 chicken breast halves

Mis all ingredients toegether except chicken. Pour over chicken in a baking dish. Bake for 1 hour at 360
Spoon over rice

This is quick, easy, and very tasty. I usually serve it with steamed green beans and rolls. I used this recipe for when Kevin's former boss came over for dinner and it was a success...thank heavens.
