1 lb ground beef,
1 large white onion,
1 can pinto beans,
1 can red kidney beans,
2 cans diced tomatoes,
1 can white hominy (usually buy canned corn),
1 can rotelle tomatoes--don't drain (small diced tomatoes with
green chilis),
2 cans water,
1 pkg dry taco seasoning mix,
1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Brown together beef and white onion in a large saucepan. Then add the rest of the ingredients, seasoning mixes last.

Or brown first two ingredients in a skillet and add them to a large pot with the other ingredients. It makes quite a bit.
