CUT AND CORE DESIRED AMOUNT OF APPLES. BUTTER 9 X 13 IN. PAN. PLACE QUARTERS TO FORM HALVES. PUT LIGHT BROWN SUGAR IN CENTERS AND PUSH TOGETHER. SPRINKLE A GENEROUS AMOUNT OF CINNAMON AND A SPARCE AMOUNT OF NUTMEG ON TOP. DOT WITH BUTTER. BAKE AT 350º FOR 50 MINUTES OR UNTIL APPLES ARE SOFT.
