(SHAKE)
1 PKG. ROMAINE LETTUCE
4 OZ. SHREDDED SWISS CHEESE
1 C. CASHEW NUTS (WHOLE)
1/4 C. DRIED CRANBERRIES
1 APPLE, SLICED
1 PEAR, DICED

POUR DRESSING OVER ROMAINE. TOP WITH CHEESE, NUTS, CRANBERRIES, APPLE AND PEAR.
