2 c. beef broth
1 c. peas
3 c. water
1 c. uncooked macaroni
1 c. cut green beans
1/2 c. celery
1 c. corn
1/2 c. diced carrots
1/4 c. diced onion
1/2 c. cut beets

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a big soup pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. Soup becomes a thick stew when done, and is pink.
