1 (.35 oz) pkg sugar free cherry gelatin
1/2 tsp almond extract
1 cup boiling water
1 cup Cool Whip
1/2 cup cold water
4 maraschino cherries
1 Tbs sliced almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in cold water and almond extract. Chill until slightly thickened. Beat slightly thickened gelatin until light and fluffy. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon mixture into 4 (6 oz) dishes which have been fitted with 1/2" foil collars. Chill until firm, about 3 hours. To serve, remove foil; garnish with cherries and almonds. (46 calories per serving)
