1 lb. lean sliced beef
2 med. onions, cut into large slices
1 green pepper cut into large pieces
3 tomatoes cut into wedges
5 T. peanut oil
1 T soy sauce
2 tsp flour
1 clove garlic
Ginger, opt.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Marinate meat in bowl for 20 min. in sauce made from 2 T oil, soy sauce, and flour.
2. Heat 2 T oil in skillet and add garlic.
3. Press garlic against side of pan when browned and dry, then remove garlic and add meat and marinade.
4. Stir-fry 5-10 min. Remove meat and gravy.
5. Heat remaining oil and add onioin and pepers. Cook slightly.
6. Add meat, gravy and tomatoes. Heat till gravy bubbles.

Serve on steamed white rice.
