1 c. shortening
1 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine shortening, salt and peanut butter, mix well. Gradually add sugars, cream together well. Add milk and eggs until well beaten. Slowly add flour, and baking soda.

Make round balls of dough and place on an ungreased baking pan. Gently make a criss cross pattern using a fork on the dough to flatten it out and make a design. Bake at 325ºF for 15 minutes.
