Boneless Chicken Strips
Eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the Bread Crumbs and Cheese. Dip the Chicken into the egg and then dredge across bread mixture. Fry!

When I lived in Mexico my roommate adn I were "adopted" by the Jenkins family. They were doing mission work in Guadalajara and were a really special family. Cindy would have Sara and I over to dinner and she would make these yummy chicken strips. It was so good b/c it tasted like home!
