1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 large chopped onion
2 cloves chopped garlic
2 8oz cans tomato sauce
5 8oz cans water
3 6oz cans tomato paste
3 t. chili powder
3 t. oregano
3 t. cumin
2 t. salt
2 t. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Fry hamburger and onion together. Drain. Add rest of ingredients. Bring to a boil then turn temp down to simmer. Let simmer at least 1 hour.

Take Doritos or chips and crush on individual plates. Pour sauce over top and add rest fixings of your choice: lettuce, tomato, cheese, sour cream, chili peppers, etc.
