1 lb. Ground turkey
1 large green pepper
1 large onion
2 cans chili beans in tomato sauce
1 large (28oz) can of crushed tomatoes
Mexican spice to your taste

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté ground turkey in a small amount of olive oil. Set aside. Sauté the onions and green pepper in 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Then combine turkey, green pepper, onion, beans and tomatoes together in a large pan. Add chili pepper or your favorite Mexican spice to taste. Simmer on a low flame for about 30-45 minutes, stirring frequently.
