1 lb. ground beef
1/2 chopped onion
1 small can Ortega chopped chilies
1 small can Ortega green chili salsa (mild)
1 small can chopped black olives
1 cup chopped green olives (salad type with pimentos)
˝ lb. shredded cheddar cheese
1 pkg. sourdough or French rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Hollow out rolls leaving one end in tact. Sauté beef and onion. Cool meat and mix with other ingredients except rolls. Mix well. Stuff mixture into rolls and wrap individually with foil. Freeze or bake in a 350° oven.

I got this recipe from one of my friends in my club. She makes these up and freezes them. They are great for parties, picnics, camping and lunches. Just heat them up. They are a big hit!
