3/4 cup saltines (about 22 crackers), crushed
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
4 catfish fillets (about 8 oz. each)
1/3 cup butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
In a dish, combine crackers and the salts. Put the melted butter in another dish. Pat fish dry, dip in butter and then in mixture. Coat grill rack with non-stick cooking spray. Grill fillets, covered, for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork - turn carefully once during cooking.
