1/4 cup honey
2 Tbs. soy sauce
2 Tbs. lime juice
1 Tbs. dijon mustard
4 (6 oz. each) salmon fillets

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lime juice and mustard. Marinate the salmon in the sauce in the fridge for several hours or until ready to cook. In a skillet coated with cooking spray, cook the salmon on each side, 3 to 5 minutes, until golden brown, crispy, and cooked just through. Transfer to salmon to a platter. Add the remaining honey glaze to the skillet, and simmer, stirring, until the mixture comes to a boil. Return to salmon to the pan, heat thoroughly, and serve immediately.
