Apples Walnuts Dates Mayonaise or salad dressing Sugar Milk
Cut up apples into bite size pieces. Add chopped walnuts and dates. Thin the salad dressing with a little milk. Mix dressing with apples and serve cold. You may want to sprinkle the fruit with some sugar first.
