Beef and pork steak.
2 eggs beaten
Flour
Seasonings of your choice.

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steaks into chunks and skewer them onto sticks. Roll in egg then flour. Fry in pan until browned. Season to taste. Roast in roaster till done.
