1 1/2 lb. Pork Steak 1 sml. Onion
Flour 2 C. Celery
Soy Sauce 1 can Bean Sprouts
1 sml. can of Mushrooms 1 can Chinese Vegetables

Directions:
Directions:
Cube pork steak, roll in flour and brown. Pour water to cover and add soy sauce to taste. Add mushrooms and chopped onion. Add finely cut celery pieces, to the meat mixture. Cook about 10 minutes . Thicken meat mixture a little. Add bean sprouts (drained) and vegetables (drained). Do not boil after bean sprouts have been added.
