1 pkg. (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup mini-marshmallows
1 jar hot fudge topping
2 tbsp. chopped nuts
3 red apples
3 green apples
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, brown sugar & vanilla; then stir in marshmallows. Spoon 1/2 mixture into a 3 cup bowl, spread with hot fudge. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with nuts. Cut apples into bite-sized pieces, place in plastic zippered bag w/ lemon juice; shake and chill. Serve apples surrounding dip.
