1 head romaine or leaf lettuce
1 avocado
1 large can mandarin oranges
Blue cheese
Chopped green onions
cup sliced almonds
3 teaspoons sugar
2-4 chicken breasts

Dressing
1 teaspoon salt
teaspoon pepper
cup oil
teaspoon sugar
4 tablespoons wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cut lettuce, avocado, mandarin oranges, blue cheese, and green onions. Cook chicken and cube. Brown sliced almonds on the stove using the sugar, stir constantly. Add dressing and serve.
