4 lbs. chicken
1/3 cup butter or chicken fat
1/3 cup flour
1 cup chicken broth
1 1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare chicken, boil and bone. In sauce pan, melt butter/fat, then add flour, broth & milk. Cook over low heat, stirring until thick. Add diced chicken and heat. Serve over biscuits or toast.
