Ingredients:  
1/2 stalk celery, chopped
1/2 bell pepper
1 small clove garlic
1 onion
1/2 lb. okra
1 bay leaf
1 T file powder
1 t crushed red pepper
1 can (pt) tomatoes, crushed
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup shortening
1 lb, crab meat (dark is best)
2 lbs. shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery, bell pepper, garlic, onion & okra in 1/3 cup shortening until it is very done. Add tomatoes & enough water to cover all completely. In another pan, add flour & 1/2 cup shortening. Add water to make the liquid medium thick. Add salt & pepper to taste. Combine both pans together and cook together for about 1 hour. Add water as desired. Add seafood and cook slow for about 30 minutes. Serve over rice.

Can use more seafood if you want. You can also use all Shrimp or Crabs, or even lobster.
