1 lb. wide noodles, cooked aldente`
lb. butter
4 eggs
1 cup applesauce
1 pint sour cream
cup white raisins
1 cup sugar
2 T brown sugar
1 T cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the butter, eggs, applesauce, sour cream, cottage cheese and raisins. Mix well and then fold in the sugar.
Place noodles in a 9 x 13 casserole dish and add the other ingredients. Sprinkle the top with brown sugar and cinnamon. Bake in a 350 oven for 40 to 60 minutes.
