1 cup cracker crumbs (I use Contadina Italian style) 1/2 cup grated cheddar or jack cheese 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts 1 small onion chopped 6 eggs V-8 Juice
Combine all ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil and cook until brown. Place in baking dish and cover with V-8 juice. Bake in a 350 F oven until V-8 juice is mostly absorbed into the patties. Serves: 8
