2 cups chopped Turkey
2 cups Celery, sliced thin
1 cup sliced fresh Mushrooms
1 very small Onion, grated
2 Tbsp Lemon juice
1 cup Mayo (no substitute)
1/2 cup grated Cheddar
1 cup Bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together except crumbs. Place in greased casserole. Sprinkle crumbs on top. Bake at 450 for 10 to 15 minutes.

*Substitute fake crab meat for turkey and hot pepper cheese for cheddar. Also, can use chicken in place of turkey.
