Ingredients:  
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 large onion
1 egg
1 cup cottage cheese
1 1/2 cup cooked rice
1 - 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil
1 large zucchini, sliced, cooked tender
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Add ingredients down to zucchini. Layer in 9 x 13 casserole, starting with meat mixture, then zucchini and then cheese. Repeat until used up ending with cheese. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until set.
