Crust: 1 1/2 cup flour 1/2 cup sugar 3/4 cup butter Frosting: 12 oz. cream cheese 1/2 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla fresh furit or pie filling
Mix crust ingredients and press into jelly roll pan. Bake at 350º for 15 - 20 minutes. Set aside and let cool. Cream frosting ingredients together. Frost the cooled crust. Refrigerate. Top with favorite pie filling or fresh fruit. Cut into bars and serve.
