2 cups fresh strawberries 1/3 cup lemon juice 1/3 cup sugar 1 cup club soda 1 1/2 cups cold water
In a blender, puree hulled fresh strawberries. In a pitcher, combine the strawberries, lemon juice, and sugar; stir until sugar dissolves. Stir in club soda and water. Serve over ice; and garnish with fresh mint leaves (if desired).
