Ingredients:  
3 C. Gooseberries 4 T. Flour
1/3 tsp. Cinnamon 2/3 or 3/4 C. Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. Mix lightly through berries. Pour into 8" pie shell (unbaked). Dot with butter. If fruit is dry, sprinkle with 2 T. water. Cover with top pastry, seal edge. Bake 425 for 35-45 minutes until crust is brown and juice begins to bubble through slit in crust.
