1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice and rind

Directions:
Directions:
Blend flour, butter, and powdered sugar thoroughly. Press evenly in square pan, 8 x 8. Bake for 20 minutes at 350. Do not over bake.

Spinkle powdered sugar over lemon squares. Place in freezer to set.
