4 cups cubed Winesap apples
2 cups canned pineapple tibets, drained
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup whipping cream
1 tbsp. confectioners sugar
1 drop vanilla extract
1 tbsp. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine apples, pineapple, celery and mayonnaise. Toss lightly to coat evenly.
Place whipping cream in a small chilled bowl. Using chilled beaters, beat whipping cream at a high speed on electric mixer just until stiff peaks form. Do not overbeat.
Blend in sugar and vanilla. Fold into apple mixture.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Garnish with walnuts.
