1 cups quick cooking oats
1 cup M&M miniature baking bits
cup all purpose flour
cup packed brown sugar
cup chopped walnuts
tsp baking soda
cup butter or margarine, melted
1 pkg. fudge brownie mix

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients; mix well. Set aside 1 cup for topping. Pat the remaining mixture into a greased 10 x 15 x 1 baking pan. Prepare brownie batter according to package directions. Spread over crust. Sprinkle with the reserved oat mixture. Bake at 350 for 25 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into bars. Yield: 5 dozen
