1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened 2 cups milk 1 pkg. (3 oz) instant lemon pudding mix Graham cracker crumb pie crust Graham cracker crumbs
Stir cream cheese until very soft. Add ½ cup milk and beat well. Add remaining milk and the pudding mix. Beat slowly about 1 minute. Do not overbeat. Pour at once into crust and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs lightly over filling. Chill 1 hour.
