3 eggs, beaten
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp baking soda
tsp cinnamon
cup oil
cup melted butter
tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups grated raw zucchini
Chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Combine ingredients and pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour or until done.
