3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 cups (unpeeled) raw zucchini
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
tsp baking powder
3 tsp cinnamon
3 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and add sugar, oil and zucchini. Mix dry ingredients. Combine. Bake at 350 for 1 hour in greased and floured bundt pan or 2 loaf pans.
