12 oz. butterscotch chips
1 c. peanut butter
8 c. Rice Krispies

Fudge Mixture:
2 T. water
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. powdered sugar
4 T. soft butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butterscotch chips with peanut butter in saucepan over low heat, stirring til blended. Remove from heat and add Rice Krispies. Stir until well coated with butterscotch mixture. Press 1/2 of the mixture in a buttered 9 x 13 pan. Chill in the fridge. Set remaining mixture aside. Combine the ingredients for the fudge mixture. Place over hot water, low heat and stir til well blended.

Spread the fudge mixture over the chilled cereal layer and then spread the remaining cereal mixture over the top. Chill. Store in refrigerator!
