1 (2 lb.) pkg. Ore-Ida frozen hash browns
1/2 cup grated cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup chopped onions (or 1 Tbs. dehydrated onions)
1 stick melted butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups Cornflakes, crumbled
4 Tbs. melted butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except for the last two (Cornflakes and 4 Tbs. butter) and put in a 9x13" baking dish or two 8x8" baking dishes (one can be covered and frozen for baking later). Mix together the butter and Cornflakes and sprinkle on top of potato mixture. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour (until bubbly and golden brown).
