Combine ingredients. Add enough sifted flour to make stiff dough, about 1 cup. Roll very thin on floured surface; let stand 20 minutes. Cut with pizza cutter about 1/4 inch strips. Let dry thoroughly. Drop into boiling soup for about 10 minutes.
